The problem with traditional systems

We're all disconnected the fire alarm when we've burnt the toast. And we've all flooded the bathroom by forgetting we've been running the bath. We've all left a window or a door unlocked when we've gone out.  Some of us have been unlucky enough to be affected by fires, burst pipes and break ins. 

Smart systems can eliminate false alarms, warn you when you've done something stupid and turn off the gas and water when an emergency

Window Sensors

Window sensors know if the window is open or shut. You'll be alerted when you try to leave the house that a window is open. You can check the windows are shut when you are away from home too. 

If a window is opened when you are out (or not expecting it) it will trigger the house alarm as well as alerting your smart phone that there may be an intruder

If you open a window next to a radiator that's on your smart home can turn off the radiator too

Smart Multi Sensors

When you are out sensors detect motion to confirm that no-one is where they shouldn't be.

When you are in motion sensors can turn on/off the lights and the radiators as you move around the home.

As well as detecting motion these sensors can also detect temperature, light, humidity and even vibrations.

Security Camera, Doorbell and Speaker

If the doorbell goes you can check who is calling through camera the via your smartphone and speak to them. 

Security camera automatically starts recording when motion is detected so you can track suspicious behaviour, package delivery and missed visitors.

You can use this with a smart front door lock which will allow you to allow you to remotely unlock the door  

Smart Sirens

Water leaks, smoke warnings, full fires, pet escaping and motion detection can all give different audio warnings.  

When an alarm is triggered a message a message will alert you via your smart phone. If it is an emergency this will allow you to respond quickly.

If its a false alarm it'll allow you to deactivate/silence it remotely.

Front door lock - keyless access to your house. Unlock the door for guests remotely

This may be small in price but comes packed with products. It offers a wide offering of features simply not available a few years ago at the price. You can use your existing phones/computers to control your system whether you are in or not. This system uses wireless technology to communicate and batteries for power where possible to reduce the need for wires.

This package offers complete piece of mind and helps guard against more than just unwanted guests. Integration of water (leak) alarms and smoke alarms into your network allows you respond immediately to an alert even if you aren't at home. With this package you can also control your front door lock electronically. Used this in conjunction with your doorbell to grant guests access from your armchair or even at the office. Never give away spare keys again - simply give guests temporary access codes. Grant delivery men access to the porch so you don't need to wait around all day. Give your children and pets dongles which can help you keep track of their whereabouts - alerting you if they aren't home from school when they should be.
