The problem with traditional heating

The goal of a heating system is to keep the occupants at comfortable temperature and never have heating on when its not needed

Most of the time we're only using 1-3 rooms in our house. A smart home can learn a schedule of when each room is going to be heated and when its going to be empty. And it can also automatically override the schedule if needed if it detects a break from your routine.

Smart thermostats

Thermostats now have a brain.

They can learn your routine the more you use them adjusting the heating schedule automatically as it learns. They are controllable from outside the house too

If you know a guest will be arriving shortly or you off on holiday you can control the heating quickly

Wireless Thermostatic Radiator Valves

It is now possible to create zones in your house which operate independently of each other.

A radiator can be to heat a room to temperature during specified hours. A nearby sensor / thermostat will let the radiator know that the correct temperature has been reached.

Radiators can also be triggers to turn on/off due to other events. The most common is to turn off a radiator if the nearby window is opened (using window sensors) or to keep a room heated on when people are nearby (using motion detectors)

Geo-fencing Smart Hub

Your hub will know if you are within a nearby distance to the house due by communicating with your smart phone

When you reach this specified distance the smart home will assume you are returning... and switch the heating on. It'll keep the heating off when you aren't in the area... so you aren't paying to heat an empty house.

Perfect if you arrive home at different times or take the occasional weekend break

Smart Multi Sensors

These multi sensors detect movement so can turn radiators (as well as lights) on/off as you move around the home. They also detect temperature so can be used to control the "Wireless Thermostatic Radiator Valves" directly.

Addtionally they add security as well as they can detect movement when you are out

How to buy

We're happy to put a quote together for you but...

...if you're like us, we hate getting a quote just to find out the price is totally unaffordable. So we want to present some of our more popular collections of devices in pre-made "Off The Shelf" packages to give you an idea of the price and what's achievable.

All of our "Off The Shelf" packages come with a compatible controller hub. This means if you choose to more packages you'll able to use the same hub to manage all your devices. We'll give you £500 off each additional package as you won't need two hubs!

These packages are all compatible with Android, Apple and Microsoft.
Devices can be controlled using these devices from inside and outside the home.

Standard Heating

Control your heating remotely via your phone or tablet. Geo-fencing will allow your smart home to detect when you will be arriving home (so for example within 5 miles) and can turn on the heating in advance. Should someone arrive without geo-fencing activating the heating, a motion detector will inform the thermostat of their arrival. Two radiators will also be controlled on demand when movement is detected nearby saving money on rooms infrequently used

Premium Heating

All the features of standard heating package plus...
True zonal control of the house. Normally the house is divided into three zones which will be heated according to usage.

 - the bedroom and upstairs bathrooms at 10pm - 8am
 - the living room and kitchen at 7am-9am and 5pm-10pm
 - the conservatory (and other infrequently used rooms) when motion is detected

Once the rooms reach the required temperature the heating radiator will be adjusted to maintain that temperature. The smart thermostats will learn the schedule as you use them adjusting themselves automatically over time.

Window sensors allow individual radiators to be turned off when the nearby window is open. So for example if a bedroom is too hot at night (and the phone is out of sight) you can simply open the window.
